Savings Clubs

How It Works

Hemingways operate hundreds of savings clubs across the UK. Groups of savers, ranging from staff clubs in major organisations to social clubs and scout groups, make regular payments towards a special event such as Christmas or towards a fundraising target.

Once the savings period is complete the monies saved are used to purchase gift vouchers from the wide range of major store vouchers available from Hemingways. These are sold at favourable levels of discount (depending on the amount saved and voucher type - contact us for details).

The group or project benefit from the discounts received on the purchase of the vouchers. Free advertising material is also available.

Vouchers available include Debenhams, Selfridges, Marks & Spencer, Boots, Kingfisher, Dixons, Arcadia, Leisure Vouchers and WHSmith.

Example Of A Savings Club:

A Postmaster runs a savings club from her Sub Post Office for customers wishing to save for Christmas.
Customers visit her shop frequently and make regular payments across the counter using administrative material from Hemingways.
At the end of the savings period the full amount saved is repayed in the form of gift vouchers - these having been supplied to the Postmaster at a discount.
